How to Install Diamond Master Filter

Diamond Master Filter is an outdoor filter. It is to be installed behind the JBA water meter and securely fastened to the cement floor. As the installation involves the water piping system, it should be done by a plumber or qualified technician.

Using Diamond Master Filter the first time

Before using Diamond Master Filter for the very first time, you should flush out the whole system for at least 3 minutes. To do so, begin by shutting off valves B,C and D. Then open valves A and E. This will allow the inflowing tap water to clean the filter cartridge inside the Diamond Master Filter. After 3 minutes, you can close valves C,D and E, then open valves A and B. Water will flow through Diamond Master Filter into the water tank of your house. From now on, you and your family members will be able to enjoy the cleanest water available. Note :

How to maintain your Diamond Master Filter

Diamond Master Filter is specially designed for outdoor installation. It is durable and requires very little maintenance. However, regular cleaning (about once every two weeks) is necessary to remove accumulated impurities such as silt and rust to maintain the optimal efficiency of the filter system.

Cleaning the filter

Temporarily Suspending Usage of Filter

If the filter malfunctions or becomes blocked, close valves A,D and E, then open valves B and C to allow water to flow directly to your water tank. Then contact our Service Centre at 603 - 8948 5932

Recommendation in replacement filter

In general, it is recommended that the filter inside Diamond Master Filter should be replaced after every 300,000 liters of water filtered (equivalent to one year's water usage for the average household). Please contact us at 603 - 8948 5932 when it is time to replace your filter.
