The Recipient of Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand Gold Awards 2006 in Asia
Diamond Goes Gold
As far as health water brands go, one name stands head and shoulders above the rest; Diamond. Distributed by NEP Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad, Diamond pioneered the health water industry with its breakthrough products, including the award-winning Diamond Energy Water System and the acclaimed Diamond Master Filter.
As testament to its unflinching commitment to quality and service excellence, Diamond has been honoured with a Gold Trusted Brand Award in this year's Reader's Digest Trusted Brands TM survey, a proprietary research study that measures a broad spectrum of consumers' brand preferences throughout Asia.
Carried out in seven countries namely Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand, this survey covers 42 different product categories and is aimed at determining the brands most trusted, and most favoured, by today's Asian consumers. Accolades are awarded in each of the seven countries as well as on a regional level based on six criteria: Trustworthiness, Credible Image, Quality, Value, Understanding of Customers’ Needs and Innovation.
In this year's survey, Diamond came out tops in the Water Purifier category, garnering the Gold Trusted Brand Award for the Malaysia and Singapore markets, and also the regional Gold award for Hong Kong. Gold Trusted Brand Awards are accorded only to brands which stand out clearly above their competitors in all areas.
Diamond was also recognised as a Reader's Digest Superbrand in last year's survey, and has won numerous other awards both locally and around the world. With a firm dedication to consistently outstanding quality and impeccable customer service, and driven by a passion to increase the standard of living for people all over the world, Diamond is well on its way to becoming the premier health water brand not just in Asia, but the world.
